Social Networks becoming prime sources for evidence in Divorce & Custody cases

Social Networks are a growing display of evidence in Divorce Cases.

Forgot to de-friend your wife on Facebook while posting vacation shots of your mistress? Her divorce lawyer will be thrilled.

Oversharing on social networks has led to an overabundance of evidence in divorce cases. The American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers says 81 percent of its members have used or faced evidence plucked from Facebook, MySpace, Twitter and other social networking sites, including YouTube and LinkedIn, over the last five years.

“Oh, I’ve had some fun ones,” said Linda Lea Viken, president-elect of the 1,600-member group. “It’s very, very common in my new cases.”

It’s all good and fine to propose via Twitter these days or to change your relationship status at the altar, but when your love has faded and your thoughts turn to divorce, you’d better un-friend your soon-to-be-ex long before the ink dries. iPhone 4 Review

Apple today (6/22) Announced that iPhone 4 will NOT be available at AT&T Retail outlets until June 29th, 5 days after the original launch date, however the unit will be available at Apple stores beginning this Thursday (6/22).  AT&T is not allowing pre-orders or online orders at the time of this article, Apple is still allowing pre-orders and online orders for the unit, but of course the item is far back ordered.

While some of the units have began arriving at premier order members house’s today (6/22), most people, myself included, are still on the back-order gravy train. Our friend’s at Engadget, however, have published a pretty nice review of the phone I would like to share with you below. […]
